Our prices are calculated at wholesale, except for products on promotion. Please be aware that all prices are subject to change without notice. Additionally, applicable taxes will be added to your order, depending on your location.

Order Requirements

The minimum value for an opening order is $500 NET, and reorders must meet a minimum of $350.
The initial orders require payment via credit card for processing.

*Additional charges beyond the standard shipping costs may be added and include residential delivery fees, lift gate service, inside delivery, special handling fees.

If the backorder is under $250, it won’t ship with the same freight terms as the original order. You can pay for shipping or place a new order.
Unfilled backorders will be canceled 60 days after the original order date.

Damages/ Returns

If you find any damage to your items or notice an overage or shortage in crates or boxes when you receive them, contact the carrier right away. Report any damage or shortages within 10 days of delivery. The bill of lading confirms the shipment was received in good condition.

Returns are only accepted with prior authorization and an RMA number. All returns must be sent with freight prepaid and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that no returns will be accepted after 60 days from the order date. To request an RMA number, contact us at sales@portstyle.com

Payment & Shipping

We offer Net 30 days on approved credit.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), E-transfer, EFT, ACH, Stripe, and PayPal.

We use the most cost-effective carriers available, shipping on a prepaid and charge-back basis.

Yes, you can provide your carrier details during checkout.

Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days, depending on seasonality, location, and carrier schedules.
